Abstract
गहन नीला-काला अंतरिक्ष और उसमें टिमटिमाते असंख्य तारे सदा ही मानव मन को अपनी ओर आकर्षित
करते आए हैं। मानव की इसी जिज्ञासा ने उसे न केवल सृष्टि की उत्पत्ति और अंतरिक्ष के बारे में जानने की ओर
प्रवृत्त किया, वरन् इस कारण अंतरिक्ष विषयक विज्ञान की एक नई शाखा का उदय भी हुआ है। अंतरिक्ष आर्य
समाज की पत्र-पत्रिकाओं के लिए भी एक अत्यंत प्रिय विषय रहा है। इन पत्र-पत्रिकाओं ने वैदिक युग की अंतरिक्ष
विषयक मान्यताओं का परिपोषण करने के अतिरिक्त आधुनिक विचारधाराओं और नई खोजों का सिलसिलेवार ब्यौरा
भी प्रस्तुत किया है। यही कारण है कि इनमें अंतरिक्ष संबंधी जो जानकारी प्रकाशित हुई है, वह वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि से
बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है।
एक तथ्यपरक दृष्टि से देखने पर पता चलता है कि इन पत्र-पत्रिकाओं ने ‘सृष्टि और उसकी उत्पत्ति तथा
नक्षत्र और वेद जैसे शीर्षकों के अंतर्गत यदि वैदिक विज्ञान की सार्थकता सिद्ध करनी चाही है तो दूसरी ओर विक्रम
साराभाई जैसे उद्भट वैज्ञानिक का लेखकृ अंतरिक्ष की खोज का प्रकाशन पर अंतरिक्ष विषयक नए सिद्धांतों का
प्रकाशन भी किया है। आर्य पत्रों में प्रकाशित कुछ लेख ऐसे हैं, जिनमें कहीं अंतरिक्ष में बढ़ रहे प्रदूषण पर चिंता
प्रकट की गई है तो रहस्यमयी उड़न-तश्तरियां भी उनकी पैनी निगाहों से बच नहीं पाई हैं।
