Abstract
Digital poster design has become an important component of contemporary visual commu
nication, advertising, branding, and consumer-oriented marketing. The present research paper
examines the impact of digital poster design on consumer behaviour by analysing the material
contained in the provided research document, particularly its discussion of visual communica
tion, digital poster aesthetics, audience perception, typography, colour, composition, visual hier
archy, and technological transformation. The source material demonstrates that the transition
from manual to digital poster production has changed not only the methods of designing and
reproducing posters but also the ways in which audiences encounter, interpret, remember, and
respond to promotional messages. Digital poster design provides greater precision, flexibility,
speed, reproducibility, image manipulation, typographic control, and distribution across digi
tal platforms. These characteristics make digital posters particularly suitable for contemporary
commercial communication, where consumers are exposed to large quantities of visual infor
mation and have limited time to process individual messages. At the same time, the research
indicates that visual effectiveness does not depend exclusively on the digital nature of a poster.
Attention, perception, emotional response, and communication are influenced by the effective
use of focal points, contrast, scale, colour, typography, imagery, hierarchy, balance, and composi
tion. The analysis therefore suggests that digital poster design can influence consumer behavior
through attention attraction, information processing, emotional engagement, brand recognition,
message recall, and persuasion. However, manual and hybrid visual qualities continue to have
value because authenticity, texture, cultural association, and human craftsmanship can generate
emotional connections
